Godown Manager Cum Admin

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of home appliances
  • ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and stock levels using inventory management software.(Miracle & Tally)
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
  • Properly store home appliances in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized godown environment for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment and with the sales team for order fulfillment.
  • Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for timely dispatch.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols within the godown
  • Ensure proper handling and care of home appliances to prevent damage.
  • Maintain detailed records of all stock movements.
  • Generate reports on stock levels and inventory movements for management review.
  • followup of return pick up material
  • unload vehicle checking mateiral of purchase and ensure it as per document
  • material dispatch as per invoice
  • keep hygiene and clean godown
  • daliy billing and return good update in google sheet
  • stock counting every month and also mail stock report to rajkot office
  • pod file maintain
  • purchase file maintain

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

  • Data entry: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
