- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of home appliances
- ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain precise inventory records and stock levels using inventory management software.(Miracle & Tally)
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
- Properly store home appliances in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized godown environment for efficient operations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment and with the sales team for order fulfillment.
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for timely dispatch.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols within the godown
- Ensure proper handling and care of home appliances to prevent damage.
- Maintain detailed records of all stock movements.
- Generate reports on stock levels and inventory movements for management review.
- followup of return pick up material
- unload vehicle checking mateiral of purchase and ensure it as per document
- material dispatch as per invoice
- keep hygiene and clean godown
- daliy billing and return good update in google sheet
- stock counting every month and also mail stock report to rajkot office
