Job Description:

We are looking for a disciplined and vigilant Godown Security & Operations Supervisor (Ex-Army) to ensure strict security, smooth warehouse operations, and effective supervision at our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining control over warehouse activities, preventing losses, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain strict security and vigilance of the godown premises at all times

* Monitor and control all entry and exit points including vehicles, labor, and visitors

* Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure smooth operations

* Ensure proper verification of all incoming and outgoing goods

* Verify stock during inward and outward movement

* Report shortages, damages, or irregularities in stock

* Maintain daily logs including security records, stock movement, and incidents

* Report any suspicious activity or loss to management immediately

* Coordinate with logistics, operations, and accounts teams

* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs

Requirements:

* Retired Army Personnel (JCO/NCO/Officer preferred)

* Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred

* 3–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or security

* Strong leadership and command presence

* Excellent observation and reporting skills

* Physically fit and alert

* High level of integrity and discipline

Working Conditions:

* Based at warehouse/godown site

* Shift-based duty including night shifts if required

* Physically active and field-oriented role
