GoHighLevel / CRM Automation Specialist

Sparkly Grow is looking for a GoHighLevel / CRM Automation Specialist to join our team in Multan.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of GoHighLevel, CRM systems, funnels, pipelines, workflows, and automations. This role is suitable for someone who can set up and manage digital systems that help businesses organize leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage GoHighLevel / CRM systems
• Create and manage funnels, forms, calendars, and pipelines
• Build workflows and automation sequences
• Manage lead data and customer records
• Set up email/SMS campaigns and follow-up systems
• Test automations to make sure everything works properly
• Coordinate with the team for client requirements and updates

Requirements

• Basic to advanced knowledge of GoHighLevel / GHL
• Understanding of CRM, funnels, pipelines, and automation workflows
• Ability to manage leads, forms, and customer data
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work full-time or part-time
• Must be available to work in-house in Multan

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM automation tools
• Knowledge of email/SMS campaign setup
• Experience with calendars, booking systems, and follow-up workflows
• Basic understanding of digital marketing systems
