TEA Automation Systems builds the Dental Assisting School Growth Engine™ — a scale-up, subscription-based SaaS platform that helps licensed dental and medical professionals launch, automate, and grow hybrid practice-based dental and medical assisting schools across the U.S.

We combine automation, CRM technology, and web systems to simplify every part of school management — from lead generation to enrollments, compliance, and curriculum delivery.

We’re growing quickly and looking for a talented and expert GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer with Very strong WordPress subscription-based website development skills to help us build, scale, and maintain a Multi-Tenant SaaS on GHL (Agency Mode) platforms. This is a very challenging position but one with near future financial rewards for the right person. Though you'll be doing paid contract work you'll also be thought of as a new software launch partner. Our programs are in very high demand already. Once the Saas is built, you will manage, maintain, and update the systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and optimize GoHighLevel CRM automations, triggers, workflows, and pipelines for lead capture, nurturing, and enrollment conversion.
  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including landing pages, funnels, and full marketing sites aligned with TEA branding and SEO best practices.
  • Set up and connect GHL assets — funnels, forms, calendars, dashboards, and automations — to streamline the student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Integrate third-party tools, such as Stripe or Paddle for payments, ClickSend for SMS, and major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid).
  • Implement tracking systems and analytics, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate attribution and data flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and visually polished digital experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance system performance for both CRM and websites, identifying and resolving issues in speed, reliability, or automation logic.
  • Build reusable templates and assets (email sequences, page layouts, automation workflows) to accelerate new project deployments.
  • Manage data hygiene and CRM integrity, ensuring contacts, opportunities, and pipelines are accurate and optimized.
  • Develop custom code solutions where native integrations fall short (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or API connections).
  • Document all systems and workflows through clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for easy handoff and scalability.
  • Stay current with platform updates and new features within GHL, WordPress, and relevant integrations to maintain cutting-edge system efficiency.
  • Assist with QA and testing for all new launches to ensure flawless execution and user experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven 5 years experience with custom GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation building.
  • Proficiency in WordPress design and development, including theme customization, plugin management, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead tracking, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways, SMS, and email systems.
  • Understanding of web analytics, tag management, and ad platform pixels.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills — able to explain technical systems to non-technical teammates and company clients.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • (Bonus) Experience with education technology platforms, LMS systems, or CRM-to-LMS integrations.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with LMS platforms (Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kajabi)
  • Graphic or video design for landing pages or marketing assets
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and analytics dashboards
  • Prior work in education tech, SaaS, or marketing automation

Additional Compensation & Incentives Besides Monthly Base

This role offers a competitive base compensation structure with performance-based growth potential.

As part of our long-term vision for the TEA Engine platform, we offer the opportunity for a small ownership stake or profit participation plan for team members who make significant contributions to our technology infrastructure.

This includes:

  • Equity or phantom equity participation (0.25%–2%), subject to a performance-based vesting schedule.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities from TEA Engine operations as platform milestones are achieved.
  • Potential for expanded ownership with continued tenure and measurable impact on product performance and company growth.

Perks & Growth Opportunities

  • 100% remote – work anywhere in the U.S.
  • Flexible hours – results-driven, not time-clocked
  • $3,000/month starting salary + milestone bonuses after 90 days
  • Paid training and certification opportunities (GHL, WordPress, automation tools)
  • Paid time off after 6 months
  • Growth path to Lead Automation Engineer or Product Development Manager
  • Join a mission-driven scale-up and proven medical education company changing the future of vocational education

Why You’ll Love This Role

You won’t just be coding or configuring funnels — you’ll be helping build a scalable SaaS automation system that’s transforming how medical professionals create schools and education businesses.

If you love solving technical challenges, building systems that actually work, and being part of a fast-growing company with a clear vision — we’d love to have you on the team.
