We’re Hiring: GoHighLevel (GHL) & AI Automation Expert

Location: Karachi (On-site preferred | Hybrid possible)
Type: Contract / Part-Time (with long-term potential)

We’re looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) expert who can fully own CRM setups, workflows, automations, and AI-powered systems — not just funnels.

You’ll be working with an AI automation agency building voice AI agents, recruitment systems, CRM automations, and scalable templates for multiple brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end GoHighLevel implementations (sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, triggers)
• Build and optimize CRM, WhatsApp, SMS, email & booking automations
• Implement recruitment pipelines, no-show tracking, confirmations & follow-ups
• Integrate GHL with automation & AI tools like n8n, Twilio, and AI voice/chat systems
• Deploy AI voice agents, chatbots, and lead-handling automations
• Ensure A2P 10DLC compliance, deliverability, and clean system architecture
• Improve, document, and standardize workflows for fast copy-and-deploy builds

What We’re Looking For

• Strong, real-world experience with GoHighLevel (automation-heavy usage)
• Deep understanding of workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars & CRM logic
• Experience with AI automation, not just basic marketing setups
• Comfortable working with tools like Retell, APIs, and external integrations
• Problem-solver who can work independently and deliver clean systems
• Clear communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI voice agents / recruiters
• Knowledge of recruitment or lead-management automations
• Ability to optimize systems for scale & reuse

Work Style

• Initially 5–20 hours/week
• Long-term collaboration for the right person
• You handle execution — strategy & sales handled by the team
