Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize funnels, forms, and landing pages in GoHighLevel
• Create and manage workflows, triggers, and email/SMS automations
• Integrate GHL with third-party tools (Calendly, Stripe, Leadconnector, Twilio, Wati, Google Sheets, etc.) using Make.com or Zapier
• Set up and maintain CRM pipelines, custom fields, and contact tagging
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch automated campaigns
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and ensure seamless automation performance
• Monitor campaign metrics, deliverability, and make optimization suggestions

Required Skills

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (2+ years preferred)
• Hands-on with Make.com, Zapier, or n8n
• Understanding of lead generation funnels, email marketing, and campaign flows
• Strong logic-building and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with webhooks, APIs, and basic HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or UTM tracking
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience with WhatsApp API (WATI, Twilio, Dialog 360 or ClickSend)
• Familiarity with cold email tools like Smartlead or Instantly
• Knowledge of automation best practices for service businesses
• Previous experience working with marketing agencies or US-based clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
