We’re expanding and looking for a GoHighLevel Expert to help us streamline and automate our marketing and sales systems. This role focuses on CRM management, lead nurturing, automation, and performance tracking to support both client and internal growth.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert – Marketing & Sales Systems to build and optimize our CRM workflows, funnels, and automations.

This position starts as a part-time contract role with a 3-month paid trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time systems and automation leadership position.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement smart automation strategies that improve lead conversion rates, reduce outbound manual work, and enhance client results.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & CRM Management

• Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations for Momentum and clients.
• Set up triggers and sequences for lead capture, nurturing, booking, and follow-ups.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data with tagging, segmentation, and attribution.
• Create email and SMS campaigns that improve engagement and conversions.

Marketing & Sales Support

• Integrate GHL with Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack, and ad platforms for lead flow automation.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track lead sources, conversions, and ROI.
• Support paid ad and organic marketing funnels with optimized landing pages and forms.
• Collaborate with account managers to launch and monitor automation-driven campaigns.

Systems Optimization

• Improve workflow efficiency across departments with smart automations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain connections between platforms (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, HubSpot).
• Test and refine GHL systems for speed, deliverability, and scalability.
• Identify new automation opportunities to save time and improve lead management.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (required)
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize CRM workflows and automations
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or agency operations
• Working knowledge of Zapier, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated problem solver
• Prior experience in a marketing agency environment preferred

Compensation & Growth Potential

Starting Pay (Trial Period):

• Base Stipend: $2,500/month

Ongoing Compensation:

• Project-based or retainer role with potential to grow into a full-time Systems Manager position
• Performance bonuses for automation efficiency, conversion improvements, and system success metrics

With strong performance, this role can scale into a $6,000–$10,000+/month systems leadership position with additional performance incentives.
