Digaptics is hiring a GoHighLevel Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and act as a lead operator/integrator for our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing GoHighLevel CRM setups while ensuring seamless workflows, automations, and a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize client workflows in GoHighLevel
  • Connect tools via APIs (OpenAI, Google Sheets, Twilio, Mailgun)
  • Create automations using Zapier, Make, and webhooks
  • Train and improve AI chatbots
  • Manage projects in Monday.com
  • Create Loom tutorials for clients
  • Handle light administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
  • Ability to work with APIs and test integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear English communication
  • Commitment to a long-term role (not freelancing)
  • Bonus: Basic coding knowledge (JSON, JavaScript, Python)

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
