GoHighLevel Workflow & CRM Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflow & CRM Automation Expert to design, optimize, and scale our automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep technical understanding of GHL, strong strategic thinking, and hands-on experience building end-to-end automation workflows that improve lead management, customer experience, and internal efficiency.

You will be responsible for turning business processes into scalable automation systems. This role involves designing workflows, implementing CRM optimizations, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring high deliverability and reliability across all automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel across funnels, pipelines, automations, and triggers.
• Configure and refine CRM structures, including lead routing, custom fields, tagging, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards.
• Implement automation-driven campaigns (SMS, email, voice, and outbound/inbound sequences).
• Integrate GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Twilio, JustCall, Stripe, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Troubleshoot workflow errors and performance issues; implement QA procedures to prevent breakdowns.
• Track conversion points and deliver ongoing recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Build modular, scalable automation systems for multi-account or SaaS-mode environments.
• Document SOPs, workflow logic, and system architecture for long-term operational reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years working with GoHighLevel (SaaS Mode, Workflows, Triggers, Pipelines, Reporting).
• Proven experience creating complex automations and multi-step workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle stages.
• Experience integrating GHL with automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
• Knowledge of SMS/email deliverability best practices, compliance, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
