Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and full time, Golang Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, microservices architecture, and API development. The Golang Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining backend services and APIs in Golang. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions, and following best practices for code quality and application performance optimization and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) for data modeling and performance tuning
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Implement concurrency and parallelism using Go routines and channels
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Contribute to architecture and system design decisions

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development with Golang
• Strong understanding of Go standard libraries, Go routines, channels, and concurrency patterns
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Strong communication skills; problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
