Employment Type: Contractual role for 6 months. This will be extended based on the performance & the project requirement.

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer with deep expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to join our high-performance engineering team. You’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable backend services and contributing to the system architecture with a focus on performance, reliability, and clean code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
• Solve complex problems with optimized algorithms and data structures.
• Architect scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in system design discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience, 3+ years using Golang in production.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms; able to write optimized solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience building microservices, REST/gRPC APIs.
• Solid grasp of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, mutexes).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write unit, integration, and load tests.
• Participation in coding competitions is a plus (e.g., LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
