Hiring: Golang Backend Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi (On-site)

Experience Required: 6+ Years

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Backend Engineer with strong expertise in backend architecture, networking protocols, and secure distributed systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience building scalable backend infrastructures, managing large-scale network devices, and working in high-availability Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable Golang-based backend systems

• Manage and configure thousands of gateway devices remotely

• Implement secure authentication mechanisms including JWT, OAuth2, and mTLS

• Configure and manage OSPF routing, IPsec VPNs, and Virtual Tunnel Interfaces (VTI)

• Deploy and maintain backend services within Kubernetes environments

• Work with SNMP traps for real-time monitoring and alerting

• Optimize distributed backend systems for scalability, performance, and security

• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Networking teams

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Golang backend development

• Deep understanding of networking protocols such as OSPF, IPsec, and VPNs

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments

• Strong understanding of secure authentication frameworks

• Familiarity with SNMP-based monitoring systems

• Experience with Linux kernel networking and system-level networking concepts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Knowledge of Terraform or Helm

• Experience with Kafka or NATS

• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
