Gold jewelry production and operations Manager – Dammam, KSA

REQUIREMENT: GOLD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ONLY/CANDIDATES WITHOUT SPECIFIC GOLD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a complete gold jewelry casting line 21K

• Oversee 3D printing, wax injection, treeing, investment, burnout, casting, and finishing processes.

• Reduce production loss per kg and implement strict loss-control systems.

• Lead factory automation initiatives (CNC, laser, casting technology).

• Develop SOPs, workflow systems, and production planning.

• Train and supervise technical staff and operators.

• Monitor quality control standards and ensure production efficiency.

• Coordinate with procurement for machinery and material optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in gold jewelry casting production.

• Strong knowledge of casting machinery, vacuum/pressure casting systems.

• Experience with 3D printing (resin/wax) and modern manufacturing technologies.

• Proven record in reducing gold loss and improving yield.

• Leadership experience in managing factory teams.

• Strong technical and operational reporting skills.

• Experience in GCC is a plus.
