We strongly prefer applicants who currently live in or near Anaheim or surrounding Orange County cities

Applicants in these areas will receive priority consideration. We are not offering relocation.

Role: NEMT Driver

Company Vehicle Provided

You’ll transport patients to medical appointments, assist with safe entry and exit, and represent our team with professionalism, patience, and care. During the first 30–60 days, you may begin on-call as we ramp routes, then transition into steadier hours as volume increases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport clients to and from clinics, hospitals, dialysis, rehab, and other medical appointments
  • Provide door-through-door assistance and friendly, professional communication
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and inspection-ready
  • Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Park and secure the assigned company vehicle at your residence when off-duty

Qualifications

  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • People-oriented, calm under pressure, and a clear communicator
  • Able to assist clients with mobility challenges
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
  • Must have a safe overnight parking spot at your residence, such as a driveway, garage, or secured/gated lot
  • CPR/First Aid preferred, though training can be provided
  • Familiarity with Orange County streets and surrounding areas is a plus

Pay & Schedule

  • Starting at $18.00/hour, with performance-based increases
  • Part-time to full-time: 16–40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
  • On-call flexibility required during ramp-up period, typically the first 30–60 days
