We are looking for a skilled Bench Jeweler / Goldsmith who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to be part of a team dedicated to excellence and customer care.

Position Overview

The Bench Jeweler / Goldsmith is responsible for performing a wide range of jewelry repairs and custom work with precision and quality. The ideal candidate has strong technical bench skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering beautiful finished pieces that our customers will cherish for a lifetime.

Responsibilities

• Perform jewelry repairs including sizing, soldering, stone setting, and chain repair
• Re-tip prongs, rebuild settings, and restore worn jewelry
• Polish and refinish jewelry to like-new condition
• Set diamonds and colored stones securely and accurately
• Work on custom jewelry modifications and assembly
• Maintain quality control standards for all completed work
• Manage repair jobs in a timely and organized manner
• Work closely with the Shop Manager to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bench jeweler / goldsmith experience required
• Strong skills in jewelry repair, soldering, polishing, and stone setting
• Experience working with gold, platinum, and silver
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with custom jewelry work
• Laser welding experience
• Diamond and gemstone setting experience
