Golf Cart Dealership - Delivery Specialist (Light Truck & Trailer Hauling)

Summary
We are seeking individual(s) to join our team! We would prefer Full Time yet Part Time applicaitons will be considered. Reliability is required. The goal is to find a well qualified individual to perform the bulk of our Transportations, delivering both new cart sales & the pickup + return of repairs. Backed by our 5 Star technical and sales team, this position is set for success.

Duties

• Coordinate the transportation of golf carts to customers and events, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inspect golf carts before transport to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information and cart details.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
• Assist in loading and unloading golf carts from transport vehicles.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to transportation.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Strong confidence with driving a brand new, 2025 mid sized pickup with multiple sizes of trailers up to 24ft.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing transportation logistics.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of golf carts is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for transporting vehicles.
