Golf Cart Tech/Mechanic/Diagnostic

Join our dynamic team as a Golf Cart Tech and Mechanic Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and cleaning golf carts to ensure our customers experience top-quality service and reliable transportation. This energetic position combines technical expertise with customer-focused satisfaction, offering an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting golf cart issues, performing maintenance, and, on occasion safely transporting carts to various locations, all while providing excellent service and ensuring safety standards are met.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on golf carts to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine cart inspections and preventative maintenance on golf carts to uphold quality standards.
• Clean and detail carts
• Load, unload, and transport golf carts.
• Load and secure golf carts in delivery vehicles, ensuring they are protected during transit.
• Deliver golf carts as needed to designated locations following established routes while maintaining punctuality.
• Assist with dealership tasks, including moving inventory, heavy lifting, and organizing storage areas to support operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols during maintenance, loading, unloading, and driving activities to prevent accidents or damage.

Skills

• Mechanical skill is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of golf carts and how they operate.
• Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
• Shop/Warehouse experience, including moving inventory with pallet jacks.
• Valid driver’s license with experience in pulling/backing a trailer.
• Delivery driver experience with route planning and navigation skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for load & unload procedures and route management.
