Golf Clubhouse Seasonal Staff

Renwood Golf Course is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our clubhouse team for the golf season! This is a great opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment where you'll serve guests both indoors and occasionally outdoors on the course. Whether you're behind the bar, at the counter, or rolling on the beverage cart, your role is all about creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism and care
• Take and fulfill food orders from guests
• Handle payments and operate a register with accuracy
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized bar and service areas
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
• Assist with light food preparation using the grill
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all patrons

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Current BASSET training, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education)
• 1+ year experience in bartending or food service preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License
• Golf course experience is a plus
