Many in-house projects have been completed and are slated for later in 2025- 26.

Position Overview:

As a Grounds crew team member you will play a vital role in ensuring the impeccable appearance and functionality of our golf course. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, turf management, and overall grounds maintenance to create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing, trimming, and edging the golf course turf using various grounds maintenance equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance on landscaping tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain bunkers and other golf areas.
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to maintain the health and appearance of the golf course.
• Assisting in irrigation system maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Planting, cultivating, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation on the golf course.
• Collaborating with the groundskeeping management team to plan and execute landscaping projects.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during grounds maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a golf course setting is desired but not required.
• Knowledge of turf management practices, irrigation systems, and pest control is a plus.
• Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.

Education and Certification:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant certifications in landscaping or turf management are a plus.
