Grass &amp; Turf Care<ul><li>Mowing greens, fairways, roughs, and tees</li><li>Watering and irrigation management</li><li>Fertilizing and treating turf</li><li>Aerating and overseeding grass</li></ul>2. Course Maintenance<ul><li>Raking and maintaining sand bunkers</li><li>Repairing divots and ball marks</li><li>Maintaining tee boxes and cup holes</li><li>Clearing debris like leaves and branches</li></ul>3. Equipment Operation<ul><li>Operating specialized mowing machines</li><li>Using tractors and utility vehicles</li><li>Maintaining irrigation systems</li></ul>4. Landscaping<ul><li>Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers</li><li>Trimming bushes and maintaining course aesthetics</li></ul>Typical Work Environment<ul><li>Mostly outdoors in all weather</li><li>Often early morning shifts (sometimes starting around 5&ndash;6 AM before golfers arrive)</li><li>Physical work: walking, lifting, operating machinery</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
