Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to uphold course aesthetics.
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with soil preparation, fertilization, aeration, and pest control to promote healthy turf and plant growth.
• Conduct regular inspections of the course grounds to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
• Support general gardening activities such as planting new vegetation, mulching beds, and pruning trees or shrubs.
• Use hand tools and gardening equipment to perform detailed landscaping tasks with precision.
• Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to enhance course appearance and functionality.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and sustainable land management practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate various landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of course quality.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
