Golf Course Maintenance Crew (Part-Time)

Belle Meade Country Club, a private country club located in Southwest Nashville, is seeking part-time team members to join our Golf Course Maintenance Crew. This role helps maintain the beauty and playability of our golf course for members and their guests.

Job Requirements

• Landscaping, grounds, or golf course experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a 4-hour shift
• Punctual and dependable attendance
• Knowledge of golf is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as line trimmers, mowers, and blowers
• Perform bunker maintenance and raking procedures
• Walk mow greens
• Assist with daily course setup (tee markers, divot repair, grooming)
• Support course projects such as site preparation, edging, and sod installation
• Assist with other duties related to golf course upkeep

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday - 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
