Position Summary

Southern Hills Plantation Club is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the golf course. Ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily course maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and bunker maintenance
• Operate light equipment such as mowers, blowers, and weed eaters
• Assist with course setup, including tee markers, hole locations, and signage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Support irrigation and landscaping efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or golf course maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
