Golf Course Maintenance / Grounds Crew

Oak Hill Country Club is a private country club located in Fitchburg, MA. We are currently looking to fill multiple golf course maintenance/grounds crew positions for the 2026 season. Any landscape or golf course experience is a plus, but not required, we will train the right person. The ideal candidate is hard working, works well in a team setting and alone, has a positive outlook and attention to detail.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of playing conditions on the golf course on a daily basis, while also maintaining a beautiful property.

Daily maintenance includes:

• Mowing (greens, tees, fairways, rough)
• Line-trimming
• Course cleanup
• Bunker raking
• Filling divots
• etc.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old at time of hire to operate golf carts/equipment

Golfing privileges are available upon approval.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Overtime
• One day per weekend minimum

License/Certification:

• Driver's License Work Location: In person
