Golf Course Maintenance technician

Job Overview:

The Golf Course Laborer is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance and overall appearance of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This role involves a wide range of turf care and landscaping duties including mowing, irrigation repair, fertilizer and pesticide application, bunker maintenance, and course setup.

The laborer operates and maintains various groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, sprayers, tractors, and utility vehicles while following safety procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining turf health through watering, topdressing, spot spraying, and soil treatments, as well as ensuring bunkers, greens, tees, and fairways are in optimal playing condition.

Additional duties include planting and pruning trees and shrubs, maintaining clubhouse landscapes, removing debris, assisting with drainage projects, and performing daily course setup tasks like changing hole locations and moving tee markers. The position requires attention to detail, physical labor, and teamwork to maintain a clean, playable, and visually appealing golf course for guests. Interaction with guests/players

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
