Our championship 18-hole golf course, a par 72 spanning 6,898 yards, features mature oak-lined fairways, scenic water hazards, and impeccable course conditions. Golf Course Maintenance
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Worker to join our grounds crew. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the beauty, playability, and overall condition of our golf course. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and values teamwork. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Duties

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to ensure the course remains attractive and healthy
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks, adjusting sprinkler heads, and ensuring proper water distribution across the course
• Assist with turf management practices like aeration, fertilization, topdressing, and overseeding to promote lush green conditions
• Conduct regular inspections of the course to identify areas needing repair or attention, including bunkers, greens, tees, and roughs
• Use hand tools for detailed landscaping tasks such as planting flowers or shrubs and maintaining pathways or course features
• Support general maintenance activities including debris removal and equipment upkeep to keep the course in top condition

Qualifications

• Prior experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic turf management techniques is a plus
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to course upkeep
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating equipment
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
• Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen test.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
