Job Summary
THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A RETIRED INDIVIDUAL, LOOKING TO STAY BUSY AND/OR SUPPLEMENT INCOME. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Golf Course Office Assistant to join the team at the premier golf facility in Central PA, Scotch Valley Country Club

  • Great guests warmly and assist with check-in and collect fees.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
  • Manage reservations, tee times, and handle retail sales transactions.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Skills

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and time management techniques
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and general office equipment usage
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
