Duties

• Conduct general maintenance on golf course facilities and equipment using hand tools and landscaping tools to ensure optimal operation
• Assist with daily maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and raking bunkers to ensure the course remains visually appealing and safe for players
• Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain turf health and course aesthetics
• Perform routine cultural practices such as aerating, sand topdressing, and fertilization to enhance golf course playability
• Monitor land conditions for pests or disease issues and assist in implementing horticultural solutions
• Collaborate with team members to execute daily maintenance goals efficiently and to maintain high standards of course presentation

Qualifications

• Prior experience or interest in turf management, lawn care, or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to outdoor maintenance tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor duties for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in groundskeeping and turf management
