Role Description

X-Golf West Palm Beach is looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to join our growing team! We are hiring Part-Time/Full-Time Servers / Bartenders at our beautiful 9 simulator indoor golf venue.

⛳ What You'll Do

• Greet guests and get them set up on our golf simulators
• Give a quick demo on how the simulators work
• Maintain simulator areas
• Prepare and serve food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Organize and place delivery orders when received

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year serving or bartending experience
• Golf course, hospitality, or sports venue experience is a plus
• Golf enthusiasts, team members, students encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Pay
$11/hour + tips
Expected total compensation during season: $30–$40/hour
