Golf Maintenance Irrigation Worker/Laborer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Irrigation Worker / Golf Maintenance Labourer to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This hands-on role involves maintaining the irrigation system and supporting general turf care and landscaping duties across the golf course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Monitor water usage and inspect for leaks, blockages, or malfunctions
• Conduct daily course maintenance including mowing, raking, trimming, and cleanup
• Operate basic landscaping tools and follow course setup standards
• Ensure proper safety and cleanliness around work areas
• Follow supervisor instructions and report issues promptly

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Experience with irrigation systems or landscaping preferred
• Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends when needed
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain
