Golf Reservation Agent (female)

Golf Reservation Agent is responsible for handling tee time bookings, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless golf experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for golfers via phone, email, and online platforms, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to golf tee time reservations and general golf course information.
• Book and manage tee times using the club’s reservation software or point-of-sale system.
• Provide accurate information about course availability, rates, specials, and policies.
• Upsell packages, memberships, and special events when applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course conditions, schedules, and ongoing promotions.
• Communicate special requests or VIP guest needs to golf operations and staff.
• Process payments, refunds, and no-show charges as necessary.
• Resolve guest concerns or issues in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
