West Coast Trends is a golf industry leader. Scheyden Eyewear is a leading brand in Golf and Aviation eyewear. We are an exciting, growing company, seeking to fill an immediate position. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented team player to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The candidate would be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Advancement to a commissioned sales position is a possibility but not guaranteed.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services

- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate

- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

- Assist in implementing marketing promotions and tracking results

- Assist with Social Media, Web updates, SEO.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Accurate and productive data entry skills with attention to detail

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner

- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
