What this is... A production role built around golf content. With agency work that keeps your skills sharp and your schedule full.

GolfWell is a golf instruction and content brand focused around longform Youtube videos. You'll be the person behind the camera and in the edit bay. Producing YouTube videos, short-form content, and instructional footage.

The other side of the role is Hit Agency, a video marketing agency where you shoot and edit content for real brands with real deadlines. It rounds out the workload and makes this a full-time position worth taking seriously.

What you'll do

For GolfWell:

• Shoot on-course instruction, course vlogs, and YouTube content
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips for Reels and TikTok
• Frame golf shots correctly. You need to understand the game to capture it well
• Help build a content system that's consistent, scalable, and looks the part

At Hit Agency:

• Shoot and edit video campaigns for marketing and brand clients
• Own your projects from brief to delivery with minimal oversight
• Work across multiple formats and industries at the same time

What we're looking for

• 2 to 4 years of production experience. Agency, in-house, or freelance
• Comfortable on both sides. You shoot and you edit
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut. Motion graphics a bonus
• Genuine understanding of YouTube. You know what performs and why
• Golfer or serious golf enthusiast. This one isn't negotiable

Who this is not for

• Someone who only edits and doesn't want to pick up a camera
• Someone who's indifferent about golf

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
