As a Shift Lead you’ll set the tone for every shift. You’ll motivate your team, handle daily operations, and make sure every drink, every guest, and every shift runs smoothly. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship from management, and the chance to grow into a higher leadership role.

We’re looking for someone dependable, confident, and motivated — someone who takes pride in their work and brings good energy to every shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 25 hours/week, including weekends, and holidays
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (food & beverage or retail preferred)
• Previous Gong Cha experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coach and support baristas to maintain high-quality drinks and service
• Manage inventory and cleanliness standards
• Handle cash deposits, change requests, and basic IT troubleshooting (POS/Kiosk/WiFi)
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and store procedures
• Communicate openly with management and team members
