Good Faith Exam Clinician (Remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed clinician (MD, DO, or NP) to perform Good Faith Exams in a fully remote, asynchronous-first environment, with the ability to escalate to video when necessary. This role focuses on reviewing patient-submitted information and providing clinical clearance for elective cosmetic and wellness services through chat-based consultations.

The hiring entity operates under a CPOM-compliant corporate structure and provides full administrative and clinical support, including accounting and financial infrastructure, coordination with third-party clients, medical malpractice coverage, after-hours escalation, and access to master-injector oversight and proprietary training systems.

Note: This role does not involve prescribing medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Good Faith Exams via asynchronous, chat-based consultations
• Review patient medical history and submitted documentation
• Assess eligibility and provide clinical approval for elective procedures
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Escalate cases to video consultation when clinically appropriate

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), MD, or DO in any U.S. state
• Prior experience in telehealth or asynchronous care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Compensation

• $7 per completed assessment
