Goods Receiving (GR) Specialist - Retail

Discount City Super Market is looking for the Goods Receiving - Data Entry Operator to manages inventory records by accurately inputting received stock, tracking inventory levels, and reconciling, and updating shipment data in systems. This role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or over-stocking.
• Accurately enter and validate high-volume daily sales or incoming stock data into warehouse management systems.
• Verify and record incoming shipment details, reconciling them against purchase orders.
• Reconcile inventory and stock movement data.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry, back-office, or office assistance is often preferred in retail store or super market.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and large sheets) and Microsoft Office is critical.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and identify inconsistencies.
• Working Hours: 12 Hours / Day

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
