Are you a Google Ads veteran who can navigate complex accounts with your eyes closed? We are a leading white-label Google Ads provider, serving digital marketing agencies across the globe. We don't just "run ads" we act as the dedicated PPC department for our partners.

We are looking for a high-performing Google Ads expert with at least 2 years of proven experience to take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of accounts from Day 1. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle: from strategic planning and technical setup to advanced optimization and white-label reporting.


Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Account Management: Manage multiple Google Ads projects across various niches (E-com, Lead Gen, B2B) under a white-label model.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct deep-dive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience mapping to build custom strategies based on client objectives.
  • Technical Implementation: Set up and manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns with a focus on data integrity.
  • Advanced Optimization: Perform daily bid adjustments, negative keyword scrubbing, A/B testing for ad copy, and landing page analysis to maximize ROI/ROAS.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Ensure Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Enhanced Conversions are tracking accurately to feed the Google AI high-quality data.
  • White-Label Reporting: Generate clear, insightful monthly reports (using tools like AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, or Sheets) that our partner agencies can present directly to their clients.
  • Proactive Growth: Identify scaling opportunities within accounts and pitch "Next-Step" strategies to the partner agency to increase their client retention.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Agency experience is highly preferred).
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, AI tools and Keyword Planner. Experience with Basecamp (or similar PM tools) is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable "Plan of Action" (POA) steps.
  • Copywriting: Ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy that resonates with specific buyer personas.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). You must be able to explain technical PPC concepts in a way that non-technical agency owners can understand.
  • Efficiency: Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts (15-20+) without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Salary Range: Upto 70k
