Job Overview

We are looking for a Google Ads Associate with 1–2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will create, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. You must be data-driven, analytical, and confident in campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube)
• Perform keyword research and build structured campaign setups
• Write and test ad copy variations
• Monitor daily performance, manage bids, and optimize for conversions
• Implement conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Improve landing page performance and Quality Score
• Work with designers, SEO, and account managers when needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, and A/B testing
• Experience with:
• Google Ads Manager
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Keyword Planner
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
