Google Ads Campaign Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Google Ads Campaign Manager, you will manage and oversee multiple client Google Ads accounts, leading the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and App networks. You’ll handle audience targeting, keyword research, ad group structuring, ad copywriting, and landing page testing, all while driving measurable results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook Advertising, and is excited to optimize campaigns, provide strategic guidance, and make a real impact for our clients.

Job Summary

  • Management and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, App) and Facebook Ads.
  • Oversee audience targeting, keyword research, ad group structuring, ad copywriting, and landing page testing.
  • Execute campaign strategies, including keyword refinement, creative testing, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor the health and performance of hundreds of client accounts and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
  • Audit and optimize landing pages to ensure high conversion rates and effective traffic distribution.
  • Analyze client, competitor, and industry data to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to set goals, establish expectations, and drive client success.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign execution, reporting, and optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and App platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards as they impact PPC performance.

Preferred / A Plus

  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics Certification.
  • SEO skills: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
