Key Responsibilities
- Audit and restructure existing Google Ads accounts
- Set up, audit, and maintain accurate conversion tracking
- Conduct keyword research with intent-based segmentation
- Improve campaign performance including CPL, CTR, and Quality Score
- Optimize budgets, bids, ad schedules, and device targeting
- Write and test high-converting ad copy and extensions
- Create weekly optimization recommendations
- Troubleshoot sudden drops in traffic, leads, or conversions
- Provide Landing page optimization recommendations (CRO)
Requirements
- $50k + of hands-on experience with Google Ads lead generation
- Experience in Lead Generation for Local Service Businesses in US
- Advanced technical skills in Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Proven ability to reduce cost per lead and improve campaign efficiency
- Strong understanding of attribution models and lead-source accuracy
- Experience connecting CRMs (preferably GHL) with analytics platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot complex tracking and pixel issues
- Clear communication and reliable availability for ongoing work
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Server-side tracking setup
- Experience with home-service industries
- Experience with Zapier / Make automations
- Previous agency experience
- Landing page optimization knowledge (CRO)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
