We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI through strategic campaign management and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
-
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video (YouTube), and Performance Max
-
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
-
Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions
-
Design and implement A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
-
Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
Optimization & Analysis
-
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
-
Analyze metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, and Quality Score
-
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reduction
-
Conduct regular account audits to ensure best practices
-
Implement conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution
Strategy & Growth

Develop comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with business goals
-
Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, features, and industry trends
-
Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation across campaigns
-
Identify new growth opportunities and expansion strategies
-
Collaborate with marketing team on landing page optimization and overall funnel performance
Reporting & Communication

Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights

Present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders

Communicate regularly with team members about campaign status and opportunities

Document processes, strategies, and learnings
Required QualificationsExperience & Certifications

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
-
Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.)
-
Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of $[X amount] or more

Experience driving measurable ROI and meeting/exceeding KPI targets
Technical Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads platform and all campaign types

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Experience with Google Merchant Center (for eCommerce)

Familiarity with bid management tools and third-party platforms (e.g., Optmyzr, SEMrush, etc.)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting

Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles
Analytical & Strategic Skills

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

Understanding of customer journey and attribution models

Experience with audience targeting and segmentation strategies

Knowledge of competitive analysis and market research
