Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist

Needing Google Ads Specialist. We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, English-speaking remote Paid Media Specialist based in Pakistan or Bangladesh to help manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients.

Thisrole focuses on managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns for leads and conversions, and helping ensure our clients are getting strong results from their ad spend.

Most of our clients are service-based businesses, so experience with lead generation campaigns is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable working daily inside Google Ads and Meta Ads dashboards. You should understand how to analyze campaign performance data and make optimization decisions based on real results — not just set up campaigns.

We are especially interested in candidates who are familiar with modern marketing data tools and workflows. This includes working with or understanding tools such as GA4, call tracking platforms, reporting dashboards (like Looker Studio), competitor research tools, and AI-assisted workflows for analyzing data, generating test ideas, or improving campaign performance.

You do not need to be a developer or data scientist, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and using technology to improve campaign results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
