About Us

Businessflix is a leading consultancy firm in the UAE, specializing in company formation, licensing, and business advisory services. We are seeking a Google Ads Policy & Compliance Specialist to help us reinstate our suspended Google Ads account and ensure long-term compliance with Google advertising policies.

Role Overview

As a Google Ads Policy & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Google Ads suspensions. You will also ensure that all future campaigns, websites, and landing pages comply fully with Google’s advertising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the reason(s) behind our Google Ads account suspension.
• Develop and submit strong, well-documented appeals to Google for account reinstatement.
• Conduct a full audit of our ads, landing pages, and business processes to identify compliance risks.
• Provide detailed recommendations and implement changes to align with Google Ads policies.
• Set up best practices for campaign structures, ad content, and landing pages to avoid future suspensions.
• Stay updated on Google Ads policies, especially for industries like business setup, consultancy, and professional services.
• Work closely with our marketing and management teams to ensure compliance while maintaining lead generation goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling Google Ads account suspensions and reinstatement cases.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads policies, compliance issues, and appeals process.
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, ad approval requirements, and website compliance standards.
• Experience working with businesses in restricted or sensitive industries (e.g., business setup, finance, real estate, or consultancy) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads certification(s).
• Prior work with companies in the UAE market.
• Experience with other advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
