Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SEM Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining a positive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video.
• Perform keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Write compelling ad copies and test different ad creatives for optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Generate detailed performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other SEM tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Bing Ads or other PPC platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and integration with SEM strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with retargeting and remarketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
