About the Company

Lemerit is a growing digital and technology company based in Dubai, providing advanced marketing and online performance solutions across the GCC. We are looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist experienced in Google Ads and Social Media Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to manage and optimize performance campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Conduct keyword and audience research, write ad copy, and manage creative assets.
• Track and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Implement conversion tracking, remarketing, and UTM tracking through Google Tag Manager.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize results.
• Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and advertising best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing Google Ads and Paid Social Media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and retargeting.
• Experience managing ad budgets above AED 10,000/month.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
