Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Ads Manager to oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid ad campaigns to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media campaigns.

Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.

Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, and adjust creatives to improve ROI.

Develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and CTAs.

Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager.

Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing.

Creative mindset for ad copies, visuals, and campaign strategies.

Performance Marketer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. The candidate will own the performance marketing funnel and ensure measurable growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop full-funnel performance campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates).

Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

Manage budgets and allocate spends across channels for maximum efficiency.

Use analytics tools to measure performance and create dashboards.

Work closely with product and design teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates.

Skills Required:

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and remarketing.

Strong grasp of attribution models, tracking tools, and A/B testing.

Experience in scaling campaigns and handling large budgets.
