About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist who can support and independently manage performance campaigns across Google Ads and major social media platforms. This role requires someone who understands paid media strategy, audience targeting, analytics, and creative testing. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute data-backed campaigns that drive conversions, ROI, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads (Primary Focus)
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Retargeting.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Write high-performing ad copy and test variations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain proper tracking using GTM, Google Analytics, and event tracking.
- Monitor KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score) and implement optimization strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
Social Media Paid Marketing (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and engagement.
- Build custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based segments.
- Test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve results.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing across all platforms.
- Track and report performance metrics across all paid channels.
Strategic & Creative Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives, hooks, and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and conversion-focused content.
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Social Media paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals: bidding, targeting, ad rank, match types, funnel strategy.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and pixel tracking.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make optimization decisions.
- Basic understanding of landing pages, CRO, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for ad content.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
