Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that increase leads, improve conversions, and maximize ROI across all Google advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, ads, and targeting as needed.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
- Prepare reports with insights, recommendations, and performance metrics.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with marketing team for landing page optimization and content alignment.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (preferably service-based businesses).
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and create actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not required).
- Experience with automotive or service industry is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management.
