As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to help scale our digital campaigns.
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and an active Google Search Ads Certification. The right candidate must have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools and call tracking platforms. A portfolio of past projects and companies you’ve worked with is required.

Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube (as needed).

Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests.

Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms such as CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar.

Build and manage proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.

Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.

Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Stay current with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new platform features.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Google Search Ads Certification is required (must be current and verifiable).

Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.

Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.

Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad budgets.

Must submit a portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
