Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write compelling ad copies and extensions
• Monitor daily ad spend, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager / GA4 preferred)
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaign goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist
• Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and bidding strategies
• Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
